Alchemy Brewing Commercial Kitchen Installation, Brunswick
Over the summer of 2020 / 2021, the Expert Plumbing team completed a massive project with Alchemy Brewing.
Over the course of two months, we:
- Installed a new commercial grade hot water unit
- Roughed in water and waste for a new kitchen,
- Installed a new grease interceptor and commercial grease pump
- Installed a new gas line
- Installed a new deep fryer and commercial oven
- Fit off new kitchen sinks and taps
We also worked with Energy Safe Victoria to ensure all the commercial appliance installations met safety and compliance regulations.
It was a huge project with a lot of moving parts and a lot of different trades to organise, but in the end, we have a very happy customer with a beautiful new kitchen.
